Here we are in 2012, it is the 1st year in more than 10 years that I’m taking a year off touring. Feels strange but right. I may do the occasional gig that finds me, but I am hibernating this year as I prepare some big projects in the igloo that is my home. These are much bigger projects than I’ve ever done so they require my full focus and attention…2 are studio productions and 1 is a book with music for children. I am excited to be utilizing my skills in one place and creating some projects that will be detailed and not rushed like I’ve tended to do the past…I am enjoying this phase so much…the stillness and space and feeling of stability is creating the needed framework to give birth to my big ideas. I will be back on the stage as soon as my projects are ready for that phase, and this time no longer solo or duo ….sending anyone who reads this much love and a distant wave from my creative igloo of isolation and preparation….xx

Other projects on the horizon...

We will be having a public debut showcase in Berlin on towards the end of the year. Venue to be announced soon


* 1 is my collaboration project with my friend and German producer Mr One-Love Criminal - www.onelovecriminal.com. We have our debut album “Under the City Tree” nearly ready to be released after years in the pipeline.

* Another dabbling is some grungy electronica with my friend Greg Seiler in Australia who I met studying composition at University....it is a dark and dirty collaboration...a good winter project...

* I also have a secret project that is mid process.....2012 will be a year of fruition....that is all I will say on the subject for now.
